Also, the game has always been advertised as one in which progress is permanent, and the world is persistent. There's even a whole secondary micro-transaction market built around skill points. Players pay specifically for training time. I don't think you understand - doing something like this would be considered fraud.
But honestly I think it would be best if they just push the delete button now and then.
But no joke they could keep there transability server as it is and start other servers so new players don't have to waste time on the old one.
